Tinie Tempah features in Lucozade advert

Tinie Tempah manages to impress us once again.  It seems like there is no limit for the south London raised mc/rapper. Not only has Tinie Tempah achieved Brit nominee and winner status, had a hit in the US with Written in the Stars, Tinie Tempah has now managed to strike a deal with the sports refreshment brand Lucozade.  Tinie Tempah features in a commercial advert along side 3 x world champion female boxer Katie Taylor and producer/drummer Travis Barker.  The advert is aptly titled Travis. Tinie. Taylor - The Wild Ones and firmly places Tinie Tempah up there amongst the best of British talent at the moment.  He manages to deliver a raw and ready performance with his song Unstoppable from his current album Disc-overy.  No one can deny that Tinie Tempah is literally, as his song title suggests, Unstoppable.  I mean, come on who wouldn't love an artist that raps 'Simple, I'm a fine boy, no pimples.' Tinie Tempah seems to have attracted and maintained the attention of the British public and UrbanVoice UK thinks that he will carry on to do so.  Tinie Tempah seems to grow from strength to strength and he has firmly stamped his mark within the Britsh music scene.  Good luck to him, he obviously has something special to offer and, boy, can he perform.  We wish Tinie Tempah an unstoppable 2011.

Jay Weathers - Hot Producer Around Town

Urban Voice UK has been wanting to write a piece on Jay Weathers for a few weeks now.  Now that I've found the time I just want to say that if you like your UK Urban flavour, Jay Weathers brings something new and fresh to the table across many of the current UK Urban genres.  Just in time for spring/summer Urban Voice UK has reviewed one of his latest tracks titled - Seduction with Wiley featuring Alexa Goddard.  This track will have you feeling like it's summer time already.  Check out the review under the Reviews tab.
So what do we know about Jay Weathers?  Well he seems to be building a steady fan base and has a varied production style with influences of the Caribbean, Bassline, Hip-Hop and UK Funky evident in his music.  So far he has worked with the likes of Lenny Future, Hot Property and Wiley.

Is jay Weathers the sound of the future - the sound of 2011 UK Urban Music?  I'll leave you to decide.  Urban Voice UK definitely thinks that he has something special and with time his sound will mature and develop.  We predict big things for Jay Weathers in the future. Good luck to him.
